KEEPASS  is a free open source password manager which stores all your passwords in a single database which is then locked with master key so you have to just remember this single master key to unlock the whole database and carry on with your daily work. the databases are encrypted using AES and Twofish the most secure encryption algorithms around.

PERSONAL NOTE :- many people may hesitate to use it because it is open source but there is no need to worry its ISO certified and has got many positive reviews from tech gurus, i personally use it, as i am a great fan of open source and its gets a thumbs up from me. definitely worth trying.
