Manage kindle collections via computer (Tutorial)

I bought my kindle some days back and i can't express how happy i am with it. All its features are too good. But one thing i find a bit difficult is managing the collections in kindle. In the beginning it was not that much a problem as the number of books were less. But as the number started increasing managing the books and sorting them into collections started becoming very difficult and boring. I don't understand why amazon has not made any provisions for managing the collections from the computer. Anyway, so i was looking around for some trick to manage the collections from the computer when i came across the Kindle collection manager.
