BSNL GPRS Settings (West Zone for all handsets)

Sometimes configuring Internet GPRS settings on a handset can be a real headache.
I came across a good manual which gives procedure to enable GPRS on mostly all mobile, so thought of sharing it with everybody. Here it is.
